  • If the rubber surface appears to be dry, apply a rubber rejuvenator such as Armor All or WD-40 and wipe dry.

Competition Kettlebells 1 year
  • Use kettlebells on appropriate surfaces, such as rubber gym tiles.
  • Acids in sweat may cause slight rust or pitting on the handle. This should be removed using a gentle abrasive brush, cleaned with a protective lubricant such as WD-40 and wiped dry with a dry cloth to avoid rust.

Stretch Mats 1 year
  • Regularly wipe clean with a damp cloth/mop using a PH neutral disinfectant, and wipe dry.
  • Do not store in direct sunlight.
  • Do not store or place any heavy or sharp items on the mat; as this may affect the surface or foam structure underneath.
  • The TPE foam has water resistant characteristics, however do not leave or store the mats in a wet area for a prolonged time. If your mats are exposed to water, dry them as soon as possible. This will prevent mould or unnecessary damage to your mats.
  • The mats can easily be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner, finished with a damp mop using a PH Neutral detergent solution and should be done so every time after use.
  • Abrasions/indentations due to use of inappropriate footwear or sports equipment
  • If used as a barbell pad for hip thrusts etc.

  • Regularly wipe clean using a PH Neutral detergent, and wipe dry with a lint free cloth.
  • Regularly check the rubber surface, and apply adhesive glue as required.
  • Rubber surface adhesion: This is considered wear and tear, as often the motion of jumping on the box (or otherwise, over time) will cause dirt and dust to get caught in the foam and dislodge from the frame. If this occurs, use adhesive glue to fix the issue.

  • The steel end handles are sealed. In some cases, due to heavy use the handle can become dislodged.

  • Screws falling out: This does not affect the core purpose of the ropes. If this occurs, replace the screw.
  • The need to repair the Battle rope end caps is not considered a manufacturing fault as it can be easily rectified and will not affect the life or use of the rope.

  • Wipe clean with warm water and a PH neutral detergent, and wipe dry.
  • Failure to use the products properly or exposure of the products to variations in ambient environmental conditions

BFT³ Monitor 6 months
  • Recommend wiping down your monitor after each workout around the snaps to clear away salt and residue. Avoid chemicals such as alcohol or other solvents.

BFT³ Strap 3 months
  • Rinse your BFT³ chest strap after each workout to remove sweat and salt from the studs and black sensor strips.
  • Your BFT³ chest strap will need a deeper clean after approx. 1 week of training. Simply remove the monitor and wash with regular laundry avoiding harsh chemicals and detergents like colour fasteners, bleach and fabric softeners. We suggest reducing the spin cycle and using a laundry pouch to prevent your BFT³ strap from getting tangled.
